One of the many wonderful aspects of yoga is it has something to offer everyone! Yoga is so much more than the stretchy-bendy movements we’ve all seen popularized in the media. I’ve been doing yoga for over 27 years and it has always served me well through my evolution as a person. Through career changes, relationship issues, death, celebration, injury, multiple moves and all the other things life throws our way, yoga has had a “tool in it’s toolbox” to help me navigate through in the healthiest possible way.
