Self-Compassion Challenge
Join me for an 8-day, Self-compassion Challenge!
Starts Sunday, March 29th, 2020 @ 9am.
Ill be posting a Self-Compassion exercise once a day, for 8 days, around 9am. I challenge you to join me! Invite your partner, your roomie, your kiddos. Make it a practice that can help us all get through these challenging times with a little more kindness and caring! And then please share how it goes for you on the posts! We all learn so much from eachother, so share what you learn!

These are trying times and we could all use a little compassion. Self-compassion can be hard as we tend to be incredibly self-critical, harsh and judgemental of ourselves (which often leads to the same toward others).
Self-compassion practice offers us a way to connect with our heart’s natural inclination to recognize suffering, to care, and to want to lessen it.
When we are able to be compassionate toward ourselves, it becomes easier to be compassionate toward others in their time of difficulty too.
We all need a little more of this!
