Mile a Day May

With obesity, diabetes, heart disease, anxiety disorders, and depression at an epidemic high, we need a change in a better direction. Regular exercise has been shown to improve ALL of these conditions. It’s energizing, uplifting and fun! Why wouldn’t we do more of it?
Join me and take the “Mile A Day May” Challenge (#mileadaymay). Share this with your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, strangers, or anyone else you’d like!
Heres How to do it!
1. Get outside. Every day. Walk, jog, hike or run at least ONE MILE (the more, the better!)
2. Post your progress! Use #mileadaymay on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and tell us what you did each day. You can tell me directly on Twitter with @TruckeeMassage. You can also post directly to my Facebook page if you “Like” the page: www.facebook.com/lgbodhi.
Share as much as you like. The more the merrier! Photos, mileage, location, how you felt before and after, and words of encouragement for those who are participating.
3. Inspire others to do the same!! Whether you go ONE MILE or 50 miles, tell us about it! We want to know how you are supporting wellness through exercise and setting an example for all of those around you!
Theres only ONE rule!
Get off your butt, and on your feet! Log ONE MILE (at minimum) by foot. #mileadaymay So go outside, get your mile(s) and tell us all about it!
Get healthy. Get happy.
