With over 23 years working on thousands of bodies and 28 years of mindfulness practice, I’ve honed a style customized to each individuals needs, in that particular moment. Understanding that your needs may vary from session to session, my skills and intuition allow for improvisation and diversity in approach and technique. With mindful and clear communication between you and I, we can create your best massage ever!
I believe that true healing is in itself, a practice of mindfulness, therefore for those interested, I integrate light guidance throughout the massage to cultivate presence and awareness. In addition, I blend techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Trigger Point, Reiki, Craniosacral, and interactive release techniques to create an experience that will leave you feeling your needs were met therapeutically as well as being relaxed and rejuvenated. Receive your massage in the spacious comfort of my Bergen Park studio in Evergreen, CO. Away from the noise and difficult parking of downtown, the office provides easy and free parking with a reprieve from traffic and conveniently located just off I-70. Here you can nestle up on an extra-cushioned massage table always covered in the softest, silkiest micro-fiber sheets and heated for your comfort on those chilly Colorado days. Everyone tells me it’s the most comfortable massage table they’ve ever been on! Whether you are looking to relax in bliss, recover from sport, or rejuvenate from daily life, from start to finish, the experience is a truly tailored and remarkable one.

THE OUTCALL MASSAGE EXPERIENCE
With comparable outcall massage rates, you can book a session just like the Studio experience, yet everything is brought to you! Provided is a comfy table, silky sheets, luxurious lotions, and just the right music for any mood. Relax and enjoy your massage knowing you only have to go as far as your own living room afterward. You don’t even have to get out of your PJ’s!

Rates below include massage fee plus industry standard gratuity, setup/breakdown, and travel within immediate Evergreen area. (Areas outside central Evergreen area will incur an additional travel fee based on actual travel time, billed at $100/hour. See area details below.).

Groups & Special Event Massage
$180/hour
(The above rate includes set-up/break-down and industry standard gratuity. This is for groups of 4 or larger. If you’d like more frequent group sessions, please inquire via email about price-breaks. A 2-Hour minimum of services is required. Areas outside of Evergreen proper will incur an additional travel fee, starting at $25 and billed at $100/hour based on travel time. A 50% deposit is required upon reservation, 20% of which is NON-REFUNDABLE upon reservation. Group/Events cancelled less than 72 hours in advance forfeit the full 50% deposit.)
What events are good for Massage?
Well, pretty much everything!
Your place of business, athletic event, holiday party, wedding, birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, bachelor/bachelorette party etc. We will travel to your place of business or special event and provide the same outstanding level of service for your employees, friends, family, clients, etc. Massage is provided in increments of 10, 15, or 25 minutes at your discretion. Just let us know if you prefer table or chair massage. This is an excellent incentive and morale builder for employees, thank-you to wedding parties, or just the extra special touch that will help your guests remember and talk about your special event for days to come!
Birthdays, wedding gifts, anniversaries, graduation, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Thank-Yous, Christmas, or just because. You name it; a massage or yoga Gift certificate is always well received, remembered and appreciated!

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be required to pay the scheduled fee. A 48 hour policy applies to all outcalls, large parties & 72 hours during holiday weeks. A 50% deposit and credit card will be required to reserve any large party arrangements as well.
